We look forward to helping you design your own personal travel itinerary, including hotels, car rentals, sightseeing, trip insurance, and air if necessary.

Please provide additional information before we proceed:

Will you be traveling by sleeping car? (We do not book overnight coach trips.)

Names and dates of birth of all travelers. (Those over age 61 will qualify for a Senior Discount.)

Will you want:

Economy room (also called Roomette)
Deluxe rooms (also called Bedroom)
Two Deluxe bedrooms en suite providing two lower beds
Family room, for families with children

Accessible room, for the mobility impaired
- Dining car meals are included with the above rooms

Do you qualify for AAA or NARP Discounts? If so, I need:

AAA Membership Number

NARP Membership Number

Then we will need a nonrefundable $100.00 per person deposit.

This can be charged to any major credit card, for which we need:

Name of cardholder
Billing address of cardholder
Card number
Expiration date

Security code:
- Visa and MasterCard, 3 digits on back of card;
- AMEX, 4 digits on front of card.

At this point, I will be able to do a detailed proposal including cost, which I can send to you by e-mail attachment.

To do this I will need:

Your desired itinerary or list of destinations.
Your desired dates of travel.

The length of your stopovers where you will need hotels or car rentals.

Our Service Fee has gone down from 15% to 5%. While nonrefundable, it may be recoverable if you purchase insurance, then cancel due to medical reasons listed under the travel insurance we offer.
